Client challenge
U.S. Bank takes its mobile app experience seriously – with dozens of UX designers adding and improving features at an amazing clip. So rapidly, in fact, that it can be a challenge to ensure users know how to put the latest and greatest to use.
The Bank wanted a repeatable way to showcase all the amazing ways their mobile app can make life easier. They needed something that was fun to engage while also remaining simple to update as the app evolves.
Project goals
Create a scalable and repeatable video content strategy to share and demonstrate new features in the U.S. Bank Mobile App
Launch 13 key feature videos as a starting foundation and Proof of Concept
Develop a repeatable production and editorial workflow that can allow for easy updates as features change
Translate the brand’s established voice and tone to a new format
